Overview
In recent years we have seen an increased focus on what it exactly means to have a psychologically safe and healthy workplace. The truth is that defining a mentally healthy workplace is not easy as different people have different needs. Organizations and its employees are there for a purpose, and if employees feel that they can execute this purpose with authenticity, creativity, and connectedness, it is likely to be a more enjoyable and productive environment.
I offer workplace workshops for employers, managers, and for employees who are focused on improving workplace engagement. These workshops cover a range of topics relating to workplace dynamics, workflow considerations, and workplace culture. Cultivating a deeper understanding of the psychological factors connected to our workplace and career identities is vital to our performance and wellbeing.
At times there exists a need for a more in-depth, consultative process to explore ways to improve workplace morale and engagement. In these cases, I offer consultative services with managers to explore tackling Human Resource related workplace challenges.
