Men’s Mindful Meditation Group
This group is for any man looking to cultivate a consistent and disciplined mindfulness practice.
Gathering on a weekly basis, we will engage in a collaborative guided mindfulness practice combined with follow-up discussion and dialogue about various topics relating to our mental health & wellbeing.
