The Strength in Harmony Team

A Collaborative Team Grounded in Care

At Strength in Harmony, our therapists work collaboratively to support your Circle of Care. Each clinician brings their own training, perspective, and lived experience, while sharing a commitment to compassionate, evidence-based, and relational therapy.

We believe healing happens best when clients feel safe, understood, and supported by professionals who value curiosity, collaboration, and respect. Whether you are seeking individual therapy, relationship support, or guidance through life transitions, our team is here to meet you where you are.

I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck between where they are and where they believe they “should” be. Many of the people I support are thoughtful, capable, and self-aware — yet find themselves struggling with anxiety, overthinking, relationship distress, emotional reactivity, or a loss of trust in themselves or their relationships.

Often, clients arrive feeling conflicted inside: part of them wants change, while another part feels overwhelmed, guarded, or unsure how to move forward. In relationships, this can show up as recurring conflict, disconnection, or difficulty staying grounded when emotions run high.

I strive to be a calm, steady, and non-judgmental presence. My role is not to push solutions, but to help you slow things down, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and create enough safety to explore difficult experiences honestly and compassionately.

My work at Strength in Harmony is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Sessions are collaborative and experiential, focused on building self-awareness, emotional

regulation, and trust in your internal system. Together, we work toward greater clarity, flexibility, and the ability to respond intentionally rather than reactively — both individually and as a couple.

Over time, therapy can support you in feeling more grounded, more connected to your values, and more capable of navigating challenges with confidence and self-respect. If you’re curious about working together, the next step is simply to book a consultation and see if it feels like a good fit.

I support individuals and couples who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship and family challenges, and life transitions. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stretched, or caught in patterns that no longer feel supportive — even when they’re doing their best.

Often, clients arrive carrying self-doubt, pressure to meet expectations, or a sense of disconnection from themselves or the people around them. You might be trying to understand your reactions, make sense of past experiences, or find a clearer path forward that feels true to who you are.

I aim to offer a warm, calm, and non-judgmental space where you feel respected and understood. I work from a culturally responsive and inclusive perspective, honoring your identity, values, and lived experiences. Therapy with me is collaborative — we move at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you.

My work is informed by CBT, Person-Centered, and Adlerian approaches, which means we gently explore how your thoughts, emotions, early experiences, and sense of purpose shape your current patterns. Sessions often focus on building insight, practical coping skills, self-compassion, and a Circle of Care that may include mindfulness practices and supportive relationships in your life.

Over time, therapy may help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected — both to yourself and others.

If you’re considering therapy, I invite you to book a consultation to see if working together feels like the right fit.

Who I Help

I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults who feel like they are navigating the pressure of life transitions or struggling to find their footing. Many of the people I support are looking for a way to manage anxiety, depression, or patterns in their relationships that feel stuck, heavy, or repetitive.

What I Understand

I understand that it can feel like you are being pulled in multiple directions—one part of you wanting to move forward while another feels weighed down by stress or past experiences. It is common to feel disconnected from your values or like you are simply reacting to life’s

demands rather than living intentionally.

My Presence

Clients often describe our work as grounding and reflective. I strive to show up with a warm, attuned, and non-judgmental presence, creating a space where you can feel truly seen and empowered to explore your inner world.

How We Work

My approach blends conversation with experiential tools from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Because of my background in music therapy, we can also use rhythm or creative expression to help regulate your nervous system

when words alone aren’t enough. Sessions feel collaborative, move at your pace, and balance emotional depth with practical skill-building.

The Path Forward

Over time, therapy can help you feel more resilient, clear-headed, and grounded. My goal is to support you in building a more compassionate relationship with yourself, allowing you to respond to life’s challenges with greater authenticity and confidence.
